j2jl Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all incorporated policies:

• "j2jl," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to j2jl and its licensed operating entity responsible for the gaming platform accessible at j2jl.org.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the j2jl platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the j2jl platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player into their j2jl Account wallet, net of any withdrawals, wagers, or applicable fees.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a player's account pursuant to a j2jl promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body responsible for licensing and overseeing j2jl's operations under Philippine law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the mandatory identity and documentation verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations applicable to j2jl under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, payment, support, and platform services offered through j2jl.org, including but not limited to slots, live casino, crash games, bingo, and sports betting.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and j2jl. By performing any of the following actions, you agree unconditionally and irrevocably to be bound by these Terms in their current form, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, including the j2jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy:

• Accessing or browsing the j2jl platform at j2jl.org;
• Registering or attempting to register an Account with j2jl;
• Depositing funds into or withdrawing funds from a j2jl Account;
• Participating in any game, promotion, tournament, or other activity offered on j2jl.

If you are accessing j2jl on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms. Where no such authority exists, you accept personal liability for all obligations arising under these Terms.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements. To register for and use a j2jl Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where access to online gaming through j2jl is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including j2jl's own self-exclusion register or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion program;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity, and are opening the Account for your own personal use only;
• You have not previously been banned or suspended from j2jl for breach of these Terms.

3.2 Registration Process. To open a j2jl Account, you must complete the registration form available at j2jl.org and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. j2jl reserves the right to require documentary evidence of any information provided.

3.3 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active j2jl Account. Registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. Where j2jl identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, j2jl may, at its sole discretion, close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers and bonus balances, and withhold any funds pending AML review.

3.4 KYC Verification. Before j2jl processes any withdrawal request, you must complete KYC verification by submitting valid Philippine government-issued identification (such as a passport, driver's license, or national ID) and proof of address not older than three (3) months. j2jl may request additional documentation at any time to satisfy AML and PAGCOR compliance requirements.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j2jl Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. j2jl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication and using a strong, unique password not shared with any other service.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify j2jl immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. Until j2jl receives such notification and takes appropriate action, all transactions made using your Account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — will be deemed to have been made by you.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy. You must ensure that all information held on your j2jl Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. j2jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). j2jl does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on j2jl is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier, and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and other instant payment rails are credited to your j2jl Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. j2jl is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or the player's financial institution.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved;
• The amount being withdrawn must not be subject to active wagering requirements;
• The withdrawal method must match the player's verified account or registered payment method;
• j2jl may conduct standard AML and fraud checks prior to releasing funds, which may delay processing within regulatory guidelines.

5.5 Source of Funds. j2jl reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for any transaction that may trigger AML reporting thresholds under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Failure to provide such documentation may result in withdrawal suspension pending compliance review.

6.1 Promotion Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by j2jl are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. In case of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts credited to a player's Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms;
• Using betting patterns that j2jl determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be designed to abuse bonus terms rather than reflect normal recreational play;
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. j2jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect bonus balances already credited and subject to wagering requirements in progress.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on j2jl is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules prevail with respect to the outcome and mechanics of that specific game.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live game outcomes on j2jl are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. j2jl's RNG infrastructure is subject to regular third-party audits to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with PAGCOR's technical standards.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay that results in a disputed outcome, j2jl will refer to its server-side game logs as the authoritative record of all transactions. j2jl's determination of the correct outcome following any such review is final and binding, subject to the player's right to escalate the matter through j2jl's formal dispute resolution process.

7.4 Return to Player (RTP). j2jl discloses RTP percentages for all slot games within the game information panel. Live casino games operate under the standard mathematical rules of the respective game. j2jl does not guarantee that any individual player will realize returns at or near the stated RTP over any given session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j2jl and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement:

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the j2jl platform in a manner not permitted by j2jl;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploited errors are void and must be returned;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime through j2jl;
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without authorization;
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward j2jl staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with j2jl's platform software or infrastructure.

9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. j2jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to minimizing the harm associated with problem gambling. j2jl provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools, which all registered players may access at any time through their Account settings.

9.2 Player Protection Tools. The following tools are available to all j2jl players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, effective immediately upon setting;
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits;
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration alerts and forced logout;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time and amounts wagered during an active session;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the j2jl platform for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

9.3 Age Verification. j2jl strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and j2jl reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance returned to the verified payment source.

10.1 j2jl Ownership. All content, software, technology, trademarks, trade names, logos, game content, graphics, text, images, user interface elements, and other intellectual property available on j2jl (collectively, "j2jl IP") are owned by or licensed to j2jl and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License. j2jl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use j2jl solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any j2jl IP.

10.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party providers on j2jl is owned by the respective providers and is licensed to j2jl for display on the platform. Player rights with respect to such content are further limited to personal use during active gameplay sessions only.

11.1 Platform Availability. j2jl endeavors to maintain continuous availability of its platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond j2jl's reasonable control. j2jl will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, j2jl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their j2jl Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. j2jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.3 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss. j2jl does not guarantee any return on funds wagered. Participation in games and betting activities on j2jl is at your sole risk and discretion. Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial, investment, or gaming advice.

12.1 j2jl's Right to Suspend or Close. j2jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any incorporated policy;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Player is determined to be under 21 years of age;
• Account activity triggers AML review obligations.

12.2 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, j2jl may, at its discretion, retain any balance as liquidated damages for the breach and to cover any costs incurred in connection with the investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than player breach — including player-initiated voluntary closure or self-exclusion — j2jl will process a refund of the verified real money balance to the player's last confirmed withdrawal method, following completion of any outstanding AML and compliance checks.

12.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request closure of their j2jl Account at any time by contacting j2jl support. Where a closure request is received from a player citing gambling-related harm, j2jl will treat the request as a self-exclusion and process it as a permanent closure unless the player explicitly requests a different self-exclusion period.

j2jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, j2jl will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the j2jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of j2jl and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.3 above.

j2jl maintains an archive of prior versions of these Terms, which players may request from [email protected]. The date of the most recent update appears in the header of this document.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the applicable regulations and circulars issued by PAGCOR, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended.

14.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or complaint arising out of or in connection with your use of j2jl or these Terms, you must first contact j2jl's player support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of not less than fourteen (14) calendar days for j2jl to investigate and respond to the matter in good faith.

14.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through j2jl's internal process, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR through its established player complaint and dispute resolution procedures. j2jl cooperates fully with PAGCOR investigations and will provide all requested documentation and records.

14.4 Jurisdiction. For disputes not resolved through the above processes, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

j2jl does not maintain a publicly listed telephone number. All official communications from j2jl to players are sent from the @j2jl.org domain. Communications purportedly from j2jl from any other domain should be treated as potentially fraudulent and reported to j2jl support immediately.
